Steve, thanks for everything. Michelle was great. Arrived for pick-up ahead of time, tossed bags like a longshoreman, gave us a smooth drive and dropped us off exactly in front of curbside check-in. Our return flight arrived 20 minutes ahead of time but Michelle was there, right in front and ready to go. It made for a special start and finish that had us feeling like big shots.

It's been a crazy schedule for us but before I wait any longer...just wanted to tell you that we had a fabulous experience with Wendi when we were in Seattle shooting America's Got Talent. She was prompt, on time, efficient and had an amazing personality especially her mannerism around talent. Piers was pleased as well!

Everything went perfectly for our trip to Tacoma from Mukilteo on Saturday. Compliments to our driver, Cheri. She was punctual, professional and very pleasant.
